Toilet paper, Paper towels, Gift wrap… they all leave you with cardboard tubes. Everyone has them. Most of us try to come up with things to do with them after we’ve pulled all the paper off. Back in September, I posted these nifty toilet paper roll owls, but as much as Kyle tries to deny it, you can only make so many owls before your house looks like a strange enchanted forest.

TIP: If you’ve concerns about the hygiene of making crafts from toilet paper rolls, cut a piece of paper towel roll or gift wrap tube to about the length of a toilet paper roll and use that instead or roll your own tube using cardboard from old cereal boxes or poster board.
