Tropical Green Smoothie Ingredients:
Serves 2 (or 3- 4 very tiny people)
- 2 c. spinach
- 1 c. frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 c. unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 c. vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 c. ice
- A scoop (3 T.) of vanilla protein powder
- A handful of sprinkles…because, sprinkles!

For an extra special St. Patrick’s Day surprise, you can start by covering the bottom of the glass with a layer of rainbow sprinkles, because this little trick NEVER fails to impress.
When you’re ready to blend, start with liquid on the bottom, then add the rest of the ingredients in layers. Mix until smooth, pour into glasses, top with a sprinkle of sprinkles (maybe even some whipped cream…) and prepare for accolades!
